Long roadtrips are a lot easier now that the kids can sing to themselves, and to each other (although there are sometimes artistic differences). There were a lot of birthday discussions in the weeks leading up to their big day, so they knew it was "not yet" their birthday.
It must be quite something being a twin. Always someone to throw rocks with. Always someone to bump into. Always someone to kiss you better. Often that kiss can be more dangerous than the original bump.
